Hello,Do you have a failed disk? There are a couple of things that could cause a disk group to be quarantined. Your best option is to contact HPE support.Hope this helps

Hi,As MSA is a block level device it will not report any file system level issues in logs.You could review MSA events for any vdisk/disk group scrub errors or errors from hard drives or controllers.
