I can´t accept the answer received by PM.
I have a circumstancial problem for which I can´t create a ticket to solve a problem that I believe that exists since the begining of the MSA devices times.
The problem that we have is that we are monitoring hardware in our infraestructure, provided and managed for one of our vendors, that have on charge the manteinance of all this servers UPSa and SANs HP. For this reason we doesn´t have the contract number required for ticket creation.
In another hand the person that contact me told me that it is not in his hands the solution because his experience with SNMP is not enougth to give me a response about the way to solve the problem with the implementation of SNMP in SANs and the provided MIBs files.
We have in our organization arround 150 SANs that we can monitor over SNMP but can´t interpretate SNMP traps received from devices, because the OID that SANs produced are not listed correctly in the correspondent MIB file used to "translate" the received OIDs in SNMP traps.
I don´t know if there is somebody that can help us with this, I can´t create a ticket, but let me tell you, that the problem is there.
