Cant not connect to HP Disk Array using Serial and need Reast

helloy everybady ,

i have disk array HP MSA2000 with partnumb: FCLSE-0701 with control PN:AJ754A

and i can't connect on it using Serial cable and sure my cables is good and i need to reast with hard reast

is any way i can to this ????
