Can you please tell us which Smart Array Controller you are using in Server and it's running with which version?

Is MSA can see or discover the Host?

Can you please share the SAS cable part number which you have used?

Are you able to see MSA from Server HBA?

Are you trying in WIndows Cluster Environment or standalone system ?

Check if multipath can be issue. You can check below link,
