1st of all you shouldn't share drive serial number as per HPE forum policy. Kindly remove the output.
All 3 drives shows hardware errors which may be require replacements.
I see that event 542 logged which indicates data loss for which restore from backup is required as per event descripter guide.
These are not the complete event outputs which I have suggested. It seems you extracted only portion of the events.
It's really difficult to check without getting logs.
As per the event that you have provided on 13th Nov 2019 drive 1.7 logged last event. I am not sure exactly at which point drive went to LEFTOVER state. As last event logged this time then I can assume drive went to LEFTOVER state this tme only but I am not sure during this time if any spare drive was configured to start the rebuild process.
1.11 logged last event 18th Dec 2019. Not sure if this is time this drive went to LEFTOVER state and if any spare drive was configured to start rebuild process.
1.1 logged last event on 13th June 2020. Not sure if this is time this drive went to LEFTOVER state and if any spare drive was configured to start rebuild process.
If you still have data access from vd0001 then few options you have,
>> I would suggest to take data backup. Remove one dedicated spare from vd0002 and assign to vd0001. Then see if rebuild starts and completes. If successful and still vd0001 shows critical then remove 2nd dedicated spare from vd0002 and assign to vd0001.
>> Next option take data backup. Then clear metadata of all 3 drives. Configure them as dedicated spare drive. This should fix all your issue. Now important point we are not sure out 12 drives of vd0001, how many drives having hardware error otherwise rebuild will never complete and it will fail again and again.
>> Next option take data backup. Then delete vd0001. Replace all faulty drives. You need to reverify if out of 12 drives any other drive having hardware issue. Need to replace that as well.
Above suggestions on a best effort basis but ideally this kind of issue you are supposed to log HPE support case to get help.
Hope this helps!
