please check the below comments based on your points,
1. Can you ping one controller MC IP address from the other controller? no
2. Is the gateway address on the controllers correct and pingable? it is correct
3. Can you ping the switch or an outside address from the controller?no ping to the outside network(I have a laptop connected directly to the controller and still no ping on both)
4. Are the LEDs on the controller host ports actively blinking green? LEDs are blinking and all is green
I noticed the console CLI is very slow responding, the speed and other parameters for the session are correct.
also, is the command restart MC a/b safe on the live data traffic ?? no risk to do it ??
